If, in accordance with the agreement, the flooring service is not provided to you by us, we will review your request and proceed to address it.

In case of noticeable problems with sanding or polishing the finish, our team will evaluate and make the relevant decision.
Advance Booking Cancellation:
If a service is cancelled before commencing the work, a refund can be provided based on the timing.
Which Return Cases Are Not Covered?
The following cases may lead to not accepting requests:
Work Approved On-Site:
After the job has been done and passed, it is final unless a definite problem is reported at the time.
New Requests Post Completion:
Any other work that will be requested in the future will be considered a separate service.
External Factors:
Delays or other problems due to site conditions, environment, or third parties are not included.

Who Takes the Responsibility?
Our Responsibility:
In case the problem is caused by our work, we will fix the flooring work without any additional fee.
Customer Responsibility:
Other costs can be charged in case of other requests outside of the scope agreed upon.
